In early 2006, Patti Harrison and several investor friends set out to reinvent real estate investment training. After completing several years of training courses, seminars, and coaching programs and experiencing success in various areas of the country, they understood why many, many students struggled to succeed in Real Estate Investing.

Recognizing the need to create a brand new form of Real Estate Investing education, Patti and her team created an innovative, student-centered training program that included the following innovations:
