This is the privacy policy ('Privacy Policy') for the website of the University of Real Estate Investing LLC.
Collection of Your Data

a. To contact you about enrollment in our training programs or to follow up on your request for information.
b. To build your UREI member account.
c. To process your course registrations and provide the service or product requested.
d. To personalize the delivery of Website content to you.
e. To enable billing and shipping.
f. To provide you with information about other programs, products and services we think you might be interested in, based on the preferences you have indicated.
g. To improve our Website and develop new products and services.
h. To generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use and for sharing with affiliates and advertisers. These statistics and aggregate reports will not contain any personally identifiable information. Your individual identity is always kept anonymous!
i. For systems administration and troubleshooting purposes.
Sharing Your Data
We share your information with others only as follows:
a. With the service providers who help us operate this UREI Website.
b. To fulfill your requests for programs, products, services and special offers.
c. To fulfill your requests to participate in networking opportunities. As we subscribe to the principles of permission-based marketing, we will presume that you do not consent to release of your personal information to third parties for this purpose unless you affirmatively give us your consent through email or online. Once you have given consent to be included on a UREI membership or mailing list, you may subsequently opt out by changing your election.
d. As required by law or in cooperation with local, state, federal or provincial authorities.
e. As required to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement or this Privacy Policy.
f. When we, in our sole discretion, believe it is necessary or appropriate, or in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of our assets in the UREI Website.

Right to Review and Correct Your Information
You may review and approve the personal information you have provided us that is stored in our customer database. Upon request, we will remove that information from our customer database or change/correct personal information that you state is erroneous. However, you should understand that information about you in our databases may come from a number of sources, including orders placed by you.
Transfer to the United States
If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the personal data you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. Whenever you submit any personal data to us, you consent to this transfer.
