1. Where are you located?
   
   We are headquartered in Orlando, Florida. However, our instructors live and practice real estate in several states including Michigan, Utah, Minnesota, and Nevada.

2. Where do I get a Login and password?
   
   In order to get your login for our site you will need to select the Login link in the upper right corner of the main page (and subsequent pages). This will present you with a login screen. If you need a new username and password, choose register and follow the prompts.

3. How do I know what level of classes to start with?
   
   We offer 3 levels of courses - Foundation, Advanced, and Expert. Even if you've been to many seminars (like most of us) you need to review the courses we offer at each level and determine if you have the basic information that the courses offer. Many of the foundation courses will cover areas that most of the seminars don't have the time to cover. That's why we give you the foundation and advanced courses even when you sign up for expert so that, if the expert course refers to something you are not familiar with, you can review the earlier courses.

4. Why do I need to have a membership?
   
   We created the memberships as a supplement to your learning where you can access our instructor's experience in conjunction with your course work. The benefits we offer as a member of our of site are critical components of your overall learning experience and will increase the likelihood of your success. Our personal experience in real estate investing has shown us there is no substitute for experience and access to this experience will allow you to build your personal experience while having an exceptional support network to back you up. We would be short changing you if we didn't ensure you had the support - therefore you need to have a membership.

5. Can I buy courses without membership?
   
   You need to create a username and password to access any courses on our site. You do not need a membership to take courses however membership is very beneficial to your overall educational experience. You will be prompted for a username and password when you sign up for a course.

6. What are the advantages to being a charter member?
   
   Charter members will enjoy extra discounts on our membership as well as other substantial benefits. As we bring new content online, charter members will be given priority, advanced access to this content. You will get to view new products first as a member of the pre-release team. Charter members will also get VIP seating to our live events. In essence, those people who are our charter members will be our exclusive VIPs for the duration of their membership.

7. How do I pay for courses and membership?
   
   You can find payment buttons (links) on the main membership page and on the course details page for each course of study. Clicking on the link will take you to PayPal, where you can pay via checking account, visa, mastercard, american express, or discover.

8. How is this different from going to a 3 day seminar?
   
   First, you can review any of the courses we offer any time you want. You can work on any of the courses anytime you want - 24/7 access. You don't have to try and learn a complex business in a 3 day period and, by the same logic, we will make sure the information you receive is complete. You won't need to use vacation time and money travelling, instead use it for your family - that's what its for. We provide an online community to support your learning experience, so you don't feel abandoned after you've completed your training. I'm sure there are other differences, just not enough space to expound on them all.

9. Can I learn this from my local REI group?
   
   Not really. The best you'll get is an introduction to the topics and it takes time and experience to fully learn how to invest in real estate. REI groups are great places to recruit members of your power team but they usually don't offer extensive training on any one area of real estate. Also, be aware of the new "apprentice" type training that is being advertised - someone wants you to do all the work and not pay you for it.

10. Are you going to have live seminars?
    
    Yes. We are planning on having live events twice a year. We want to recognize our graduates and get to meet everyone in person. We will also offer training at these events.

11. Do you have a money back guarantee?
    
    We have a limited money back guarantee. Once you download courses we can't refund your money.

12. Do you accept credit cards?
    
    Yes. We use PayPal as our processing company. Follow the PayPal instructions to pay with your checking account, visa, mastercard, american express or discover. You may want to create a PayPal account so that you can quickly and easily pay for any future purchases.

13. How long will it take to complete a course of study?
    
    It depends on which course of study you select. Most courses are developed to be completed in approximately one hour.

14. How do I access the course labeled - Coming Soon! from the website?
    
    As soon as the courses are available and uploaded to the website, we will modify the name to get rid of the coming soon and you will be able to access the course from your member page.

15. How do I upgrade my membership level?
    
    You can upgrade your membership subscription using the Upgrade My Membership button on the left side of your main member web page. If you don't have an upgrade button it means you are already a Platinum member and no upgrades are available.

16. Do you offer individual coaching?
    
    Yes. We are in the process of assembling the very best coaching team in the country. We want to ensure we deliver exceptional value and that we have the staff to give you the attention and support expected from a coaching relationship.

17. Can I upgrade my course level from Foundation to Advanced or Expert at a later time?
    
    Yes. In the left navigation pane on your main member page you will see an Upgrade My Course Level button. This will allow you to purchase and upgrade to whichever level you desire. If the button doesn't appear in the navigation panel then you have already purchased the Expert level and no upgrades are available.

18. Can I pay with check from my checking account?
    
    Yes. However, you still use Paypal to make a payment to us. If you are new to Paypal and do not have a Paypal username and password, you will create one the first time you make a payment. During the payment process you will eventually reach the MAKE YOUR PAYMENT web page. If you wish to use your checking account you will need to add that account to your Paypal profile. On the MAKE YOUR PAYMENT page you will see a section entitle SOURCE OF FUNDS. You can add your checking account by selecting the link MORE FUNDING OPTIONS and following the instructions. Once you've added your checking account information, you can then select it as the source of funds from the drop down box on this page.
